SunLine Tram - Coming Soon
Introducing SunLine Shuttle—a new door-to-door transportation service built by Tops’l owners, for Tops’l owners and guests with one goal in mind: To get owners and their guests to their destination quicker and more reliably than ever.
- Service to begin 5/27/26
- Hours will be 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM when service starts but will change to 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM in mid-June.
- Initially, all rides will be within the resort, picking up at your door and dropping off where you want to go.
- Starting mid-June, we will include service to Grand Boulevard from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, as we continue to offer beach pick-up and drop-off during those hours.
- Cost of Shuttle
- Owners (name on deed) ride for free. Guests riding with owners ride for free.
- Renters and guests pay the following daily fee and have access to unlimited trips during business hours:

- Each additional day after 10 days is $6/day. This is mostly for owners who want to pay the fee for their renters.
- Technology
- We will be providing technology, similar to Uber, to book your ride and watch it arrive. We plan for the mobile app to be approved by Apple and available on the Apple and Google Play stores by mid to late June.
- In the first couple of weeks of service, you will call a SunLine dispatcher at (850) 808-7959 for your ride. You will receive a text message with the estimated pickup time. In the text message, there will be a link to watch the vehicle arrive and view updated arrival times.
- You can also communicate with the driver via the link.
- Unlike a fixed route tram service offered by other resorts, where you go to a tram stop and wait as long as 30 minutes for the tram to arrive, this service will be door-to-door, and the technology will keep riders updated on estimated arrival times.
- Vehicle
- Our vehicle is a brand new 2026 Ford Transit 350 with seating for up to 14 passengers.
- It has a cargo carrier for beach chairs, coolers, and other items.
- Future-off-property plans
- This shuttle service will continue to evolve based on feedback and ongoing conversations with the community. We strive to set Tops’l apart from other resorts not only with convenient transportation within the resort, but also with transportation with incentives to local restaurants and shopping centers.
